Bridge Guardian URI Integration Update Proposal
Summary
This proposal reintroduces a previously submitted update to the guardian bridge logic.
The related custom parameter URI proposal has already been approved and executed. This proposal updates the guardian bridge logic to use the new bridge URI when creating wrapped tokens on the Solana network.
Additional improvements are included to enhance metadata handling during token creation.
Scope of Change
If approved, the guardian code will be updated to:
- Read and use the new bridge URI value
- Apply the updated URI when creating new wrapped tokens on the Solana network
- Attempt to read metadata for name and symbol during token creation
- Use metadata values for name and symbol when successfully retrieved
- Align wrapped token creation with updated metadata and bridge standards
This change applies only to newly created wrapped tokens.

The required custom parameter URI update has already been approved and executed.
This proposal builds on that completed update.

- This is a follow-up proposal after a previous failed attempt
- Applies only to future wrapped token creation
- No balances are affected
- No token supply changes occur
- Improves metadata consistency and bridge integration
